• Ideal for electronic products which contain electronic hardware such as enclosures
  • Durable and electrostatic-dissipative thermoplastic
  • Prevents a build-up of static electricity, to eliminate potential for static shock
  • Typically  used to create jigs and fixtures for the assembly of electronic components
  • Also used for functional prototypes of fuel storage and delivery products, as well as electrical casings, enclosures and packaging.

Layer thickness

  • 0.1778mm
  • 0.2540mm

Colour

  • Black

Support material

  • Soluble – complex components with deep internal cavities are possible

Minimum reproducible dimensions

  • 1.0mm

Texture / feel

  • Due to the extrusion process of FDM printing the layers are easily visible resulting in a stepped surface finish. A wood grain pattern can appear on curved surfaces

Other FDM Materials

  • Envelope feeding aid used in commercial printing

    ABS-M30

Stronger than standard FDM ABS material
  • Educational model used by Alzheimer’s Research UK

    ASA

Outstanding UV stability and mechanical properties
  • Full-scale vehicle grill – spare part

    NYLON 12

Primarily used in 3D aerospace, automotive and consumer goods industries
  • Automotive application: motorbike stand

    NYLON 12 CF

Useful for strong but lightweight tooling applications
