• Our 3D polypropylene is the jewel in the Ricoh 3D printing crown
  • Superior purity which offers impressive versatility for a multitude of applications
  • Translucent off-white material which is one of the most commonly used polymers in the manufacturing industry
  • Comparable properties to injection moulded PP material
  • Polypropylene 3D printing is durable, fatigue-resistant and lightweight
  • Chemical resistant, with WRAS approval and complete recyclability (WRAS Approval No: 1805518)
  • Extremely high elongation at break and is therefore perfectly suited to applications including functional 3d prototypes for snap-fit, automotive assemblies or living hinges, packaging and consumer goods
  • Large single-piece parts can be created up to 500 mm³

Layer thickness

  • 0.1mm

Colour

  • Natural—Translucent

Support material

  • None

Hollow structure

  • This is possible however drain holes will need to be added if powder is to be fully removed from the part. See our print guides for more information

Minimum reproducible dimensions

  • 0.8mm approx
  • Reproduction may not be possible due to the rib height and hole depth.

Recommended offset / clearance for assemblies

  • 0.6mm distance is recommended
