Joining forces at Formnext
Ricoh 3D is delighted to announce that it will be joining the Additive Manufacturing UK (AMUK) pavilion, exhibiting at Formnext 2024.
AMUK is the UK’s trade association for organisations who work within the additive and 3D printing eco-system. As part of Manufacturing Technologies Association (MTA) cluster of associations, AMUK exists to establish the UK as a world leader in the development and adoption of additive and 3D printing technology.
Speaking of the decision to join AMUK’s pavilion stand at Formnext, Frankfurt, 19-22 November 2024 (Hall 12.0, Stand E01), Ricoh 3D’s Head of Additive Manufacturing, Mark Dickin said: “At RICOH, we firmly believe that success in the dynamic world of 3D printing is not a solitary journey but a collaborative endeavour, reliant on co-innovation and co-creation activities.
“In line with AMUK’s vision and strong eco-system of members and stakeholders, we understand that collaboration with customers and partners is key to the success of 3D printing, and only together, can we create a synergy which optimises today and influences the additive manufacturing landscape of tomorrow.”
What can visitors expect?
Ricoh 3D will be showcasing how it has harnessed over 80 years of RICOH’s global manufacturing and innovation heritage to transform the world of 3D printing – specifically, providing updates from its print service, as well as a strong focus on its unique aluminium binder jetting technology, and sharing the technology-readiness level for mass production.
Aligned to RICOH’s sustainability commitments, and in light of the recent announcement that RICOH has been recognised as one of TIME World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2024, the team will also share how aluminium binder jetting plays a pivotal role in sustainable manufacturing practices.
